Our Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Connections Major Projects Team.

The Project Manager will take full ownership of a portfolio of Customer projects throughout the full project lifecycle. You will be passionate about delivering a first-class customer service in the provision and alteration of major electrical demand and distributed generation projects, up to and including 33kV / 132kV.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Project Management with associated qualification / experience (e.g., PRINCE2 / APM preferable)
• Experience of managing a portfolio of projects within the Utility sector
• Experience of managing electrical distribution projects at 33kV and/or 132kV
• Excellent project schedule management and a proficient user of MS Project
• Commercial astuteness and budget control management
• Risk & Issue management
• Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management
• Proficient user of MS Office Software
• Knowledge of technical and regulatory codes of practice
• Experience of customer facing project delivery
