QinetiQ is recruiting a Project Manager for its UK Defence function at Portsmouth, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within the Future Systems Portfolio. You will drive delivery with customers and partners, ensuring time, cost and quality targets while aligning with the Operating Framework.

As a Project Manager in our UK Defence function you will be the figure head and focal point for projects, leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful achievement of internal and customer objectives. Day to day, you'll lead the delivery of projects within the Future Systems Portfolio of the IDT which is one of five programme areas within Combat Communication and Information Systems IDT The portfolio is responsible for delivery of Autonomy/ uncrewed research and trials in the UK and cutting-edge Radar research and you will leverage our systems of systems expertise to establish new business streams and develop digital enablers and facilities to expand maritime delivery in the short term and expand into cross domain integration activities. This role is 37 hours per week based at our Portsmouth site with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.
