INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Commercial Fit Out

Job Location – Armagh – little travel

Salary – £50K - £60K

About the Company

An established and well-respected Fit Out contractor is currently seeking a Project Manager to run a range of commercial projects in London valued up to £10M.

The role will be based in Armagh but requires travel to Mainland UK around 2 days days per week.

The Role

  • Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet
  • Provide Technical support to the Project Team
  • Co-ordination of the supply chain procurement process
  • Assist with build ability issues and value engineering related to the external envelope.
  • Manage meetings with the design team and specialist contractors
  • Oversee the relevant Site Managers driving the on-site delivery
  • Maintain a continuous focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

  • A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong Engineering / Trades / Building Background
  • Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Fit Outs valued £3M+
  • Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
  • IT and standard industry software skills
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
  • Experience of managing and developing a team
