Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in managing large structural steel projects and heavy groundworks. The market has experienced significant growth over the last few weeks, and Team Build Space currently has numerous freelance and permanent opportunities available!

The Open Space sector is particularly active, especially projects in the Industrial & Logistics sector.

We urgently require a No.1 Project Manager for a £15m new build Distribution Centre project in Peterborough.

Are you a freelance Project Manager with experience delivering large structural steel projects valued between £10-20m?

Do you have experience managing heavy groundworks and complex piling works?

Are you skilled in client liaison?

Experience Required:
