Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join an engineering organisation based in Oxfordshire. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value projects within a regulated environment, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet time, cost and quality targets.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management and governance, with a requirement for PRINCE2/APM certification and active SC Clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex aerospace/engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Active SC Clearance required.
• PRINCE2/APM or equivalent certification.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on cost, and on quality. Working with cross-functional teams, you will lead planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project governance.

• . Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar)
• . Active SC Clearance (essential)
• . Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA/CAA/MAA) desirable
