NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Project Manager to join the Change team. You will support planning, coordinating and delivering change initiatives across the organisation, working with internal teams, service providers and stakeholders to deliver outcomes that align with transformation goals.
Working with the Programme Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of defined projects and workstreams, ensuring effective governance and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Effective project delivery will be essential in embedding sustainable change, helping to drive improved outcomes for our customers, patients, and the wider business.
