Join Our Growing Team

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to support the Head of Projects in delivering complex and exciting projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take full ownership of project delivery within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple projects, including:

  • Attending site visits to assess and define scopes of work
  • Creating and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks through effective planning and communication
  • Leading stakeholder engagement and ensuring smooth project delivery
  • Coordinating and documenting meetings, actions, and project decisions
  • Managing and resolving variations or compensation events using contractual knowledge (e.g., NEC)
  • Overseeing supply chain relationships and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with frameworks, quality standards, and documentation requirements
  • Producing and maintaining key project documentation (CPP, RACI charts, payment schedules, etc.)

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a technical or engineering environment
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
  • Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, APM, or similar) are advantageous
