• CSCS Card and SMSTS required.
• First Aid at work certification needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Travel to sites and report project progress to senior team.
• Survey areas primarily within a 20-mile radius from Nottingham.
• Work on social housing regeneration schemes.
