We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver engineering projects across a wide range of products and systems. Based in Wymondham you’ll take ownership of projects from the moment of receipt to successful completion, ensuring top-tier service for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, deliverables, milestones, and resources.

  • Oversee risk assessments, mitigate potential project risks, and resolve issues proactively.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.

  • Champion compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an engineering environment.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Understanding of packaged equipment.

  • Good coordination and leadership skills.

  • Previous experience in Oil and gas or Energy industry.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
