Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
Partner with the Change Manager to shape the yearly change plan and help bring it to life.
Facilitate early stage assessments of new initiatives, helping teams understand opportunities and potential risks.
Champion collaboration by co-ordinating resources, ensuring the right people are connected to the right work.
Support and lead project delivery activities with a calm and organised approach, from kick-off to wrap-up.
Foster open communication through structured updates and clear reporting in tools like Asana.
Keep a steady eye on timelines, outcomes and stakeholder needs ensuring every initiative has the support it needs to succeed.

You bring experience in managing projects from idea to implementation.
You're confident using project tools like Asana and thrive in a structured, fast paced environment.
You're a clear communicator, able to build rapport and trust across teams.
You enjoy problem solving and take pride in seeing ideas through to real world results.
You understand the importance of both agility and accountability in change delivery.
It would be great if you had
Experience working on strategic or technology enabled initiatives.
A background in change management or impact assessment.
Familiarity with OKRs and strategic planning cycles.
Confidence working with data to support decision making.
A calm, supportive presence in dynamic or fast evolving environments.
