What you'll be doing:
  • Leading and managing all aspects of the £30m hospital project in Northampton.

  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Maintaining strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Reporting on project performance to senior management.

What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on substantial construction projects, ideally within the healthcare or public sector.

  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects of similar value (£20m+).

  • A strong understanding of all stages of the construction lifecycle.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • A commitment to health and safety best practices.

  • Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, Degree in Construction Management).

  • SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are essential.
