In the market for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and trusted name in the Construction industry for delivering high-quality construction projects across the public and private sectors. Priding themselves on their collaborative approach, commitment to quality and ability to deliver on time and within budget; this contractor is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead a £15million new build, Education scheme from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Oversee and manage construction projects up to £20million ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead project planning, programming and delivery in line with client expectations.
  • manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and internal company policies
  • Monitor progress, budgets and resources, providing regular updates and reports

About the Ideal Project Manager

  • Proven track record in managing construction projects, ideally within education and health care sectors
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to inspire teams and build relationships
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts, procurement routes and project delivery processes
  • Relevant professional qualifications. E.g. Degree in Construction Management, MCIOB or equivalent experience
