Project Manager
£30,000 to £40,000 + 28 days holiday (inc bank), mileage

This opportunity is ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of project delivery—planning, coordinating, and occasionally supervising on-site—to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects end-to-end, from planning through on-site delivery and final client sign-off
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with varying levels of complexity and scale
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver on time and within budget
  • Supervise installation engineers and ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks
  • Act as a single point of contact for all project updates and communications
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development
  • Prepare and submit RAMS documentation as required


What You'll Need:

  • Solid background in project management (AV or technical experience is a bonus)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet demanding timelines
  • Experience working on live construction sites is advantageous
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays
