Job description

We are hiring a Project Manager for a client who is building businesses that matter and looking for a brilliant right-hand to help bring bold ideas to life.

A Project Manager will support a business and life coach who helps founders grow meaningful businesses, while also leading retreats and running High and Dry, an agency and collaboration studio in the non-alc / alt-alc space.

What you’ll be doing as a Project Manager:

• Scaling systems to support AI-driven innovation, social media, client communications, and retreats — no two weeks will look the same
• Administering consultancy projects
• Supporting newsletters, managing client portals and scalable systems
• Sending weekly messages with insights and intentions for clients
• Helping organize retreats and events
• Co-creating social media content and strategy using tools like Claude AI
• Bringing big ideas to life across a diverse range of future-facing projects
