Job summary

Nigel Wright Group in Newcastle is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid, permanent role. The successful candidate will drive a broad portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives across the organisation.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, engage stakeholders, oversee governance and RAID, and coordinate supplier, budget and resource management while collaborating with development and testing teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering business and technology change.
• Ability to work in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Strong governance and reporting capability.
• Comfortable operating within evolving and growing organisations.
• Financial Services experience advantageous but not essential.

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for the opportunity to work across a wide portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives?

I'm supporting a growing Change function that is continuing to invest in its project delivery capability and is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support a range of strategic projects across the organisation.

This isn't a role where you'll be tied to one specific programme. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to work across business change, technology transformation, regulatory projects, system implementations, digital initiatives and growth-focused programmes.

What you'll be doing?

You’ll be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to delivery, working closely with stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.
