Job summary

Express Recruitment, in partnership with a leading specialist technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Newark on Trent. You will lead customer and internal technology projects from initiation through to handover, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring on-time delivery with quality standards.

The role offers a £40,000 basic salary with hybrid working options (3 days in the office) and additional benefits. Permanent, full-time position based in Newark on Trent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience in a customer-facing, operational, technology, deployment or managed services environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence across multiple teams.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, risks and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, tailoring information to different audiences.
• PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile or equivalent qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver customer and internal projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, internal teams and key stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks and key decisions.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and success criteria.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using ServiceNow and other systems.
• Coordinate resources and delivery activity across multiple internal teams, ensuring priorities align with objectives.
• Monitor project costs, effort and budgets, escalating risks that could impact margin.

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading specialist technology solutions provider, who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

With ambitious plans to expand its products, services and presence across new markets, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a range of customer and internal technology projects. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and a variety of internal and external stakeholders, you will take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful completion and handover.

There is a package on offer of £40,000 basic salary, with hybrid working options working 3 days a week in the office, plus many more benefits!

Skills & Experience
