Project Manager

Our Team

Our North Eastern transportation team is expanding, with multiple opportunities for project and commercial managers. We are based across York, Leeds, Sheffield, and Newcastle, aiming to double our size by 2025 to match our expanding portfolio. Our team includes professionally qualified Project/Programme Managers, Planners, Commercial Managers, and Quantity Surveyors. We deliver a broad range of transportation projects through our integrated Project, Programme, and Commercial Management (PPCM) services, collaborating closely with clients in the transportation sector.

Main Duties
  1. Manage the development, design, delivery, and handover of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to processes, governance, and project management plans.
  2. Scope projects according to objectives, identify and execute deliverables, and achieve key parameters of cost, time, and quality.
  3. Liaise with Health, Safety & Wellbeing and CDM representatives to ensure compliance.
  4. Establish effective stakeholder and communication management processes, including stakeholder mapping and relationship development.
  5. Collaborate across commercial, procurement, and project control functions to deliver projects within agreed parameters.
  6. Assess and ensure resource and competence levels in supply chain teams.
  7. Administer NEC contracts for professional and contractor services, ensuring contractual performance.
