Job summary

Aspire Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager on a fixed-term contract until March 2027 to oversee installations and project delivery across multiple business areas in the UK. You will lead implementation meetings with clients, ensure communication across internal teams, and balance resources to meet deadlines, with CRM and RAID log updates central to daily tasks.

The role requires a full driving license and a Prince2 foundation level or equivalent PM qualification; a BioMedical Science

Qualifications

• Full Driving License
• Prince2 foundation level or equivalent PM qualification
• BioMedical Science degree may be advantageous but is not essential

Responsibilities

• Support all installations across business areas by creating tasks in a plan.
• Attend or facilitate implementation meetings to share information with clients
• Ensure all relevant internal parties are aware of the project plan and deliverables
• Balance demand with available resources to meet deadlines and optimise outcomes
• Ensure equipment delivery timings fall within specified limits and timescales
• Keep CRM systems and calendars updated throughout projects
• Provide regular updates on the RAID log to ensure business continuity

Our client is a market leader in the provision of Haematology and Haemostasis diagnostics.

They are looking to recruit a Project Manager on a FTC until March 2027.

Aim of the role

• To support all installations across the business areas measured by creation of all tasks as identified in a plan.
• You will partake or hold implementation meetings to ensure clear and concise information is shared wit their clients
• To also make sure ALL relevant internal parties are aware of the project plan and deliverables
• You will balance demand with resource to meet deadlines set and optimum outcome
• Ensure all timings for equipment delivery fall within the key specified limits and time scales
• Ensuring ALL CRM’s and calendars are updated throughout projects
• Regular updates on the RAID log to ensure continuation of business

Essential Requirements

• Full Driving License
• Prince 2 foundation level or equivalent PM qualification
• It would be an advantage to hold a BioMedical Science degree (but his is not essential)
