  • Integrate technical project plans into the overall program schedule; manage interdependencies with other functions or workstreams.
  • Monitor project performance against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Ensure project scope changes are managed through the formal change control process.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Statement of Work milestones and support reimbursement tracking accordingly.
  • Track project budgets against forecasts and expected margins; provide clear visibility of financial performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the PMO to ensure alignment with governance frameworks, reporting standards, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Support the use and refinement of PMO-provided tools, templates, and processes to drive consistency and compliance
  • Promote continuous improvement by capturing and sharing lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, ideally within regulated or GMP-compliant environments, with a strong track record of leading complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Highly skilled in detailed project scheduling, including critical path analysis, dependency management, and the effective use of tools such as MS Project, risk logs, dashboards, and issue trackers.
  • Proficiency in managing project budgets, tracking forecasts vs. actuals, and reporting financial variances to senior stakeholder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with integrated resource planning across functions or sites to enable effective portfolio delivery.
  • Experience supporting or leading the implementation of PMO governance processes, tools, and reporting standards.
  • Adept at influencing, coaching, and leading others to drive accountability and results.
