Job summary

Groupe Adéquat UK is seeking a Project Manager to oversee backlog maintenance and refurbishment works across NHS sites in East London, with a focus on improving healthcare environments for local communities.

You will coordinate resources, manage complex projects from planning to completion, and report to senior management. The role offers flexible hybrid working across Mile End or Luton locations and opportunities for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience delivering maintenance/refurbishment projects in healthcare or comparable environment.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and health & safety standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
