Project Manager
Location: North‑East Cambridge & West Norfolk

What We’re Looking For

An outstanding leader who can manage site operations end‑to‑end, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to impeccable standards. You\'ll bring energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate site and junior management teams
  • Maintain excellent client and supply chain relationships
  • Organise and programme trades and subcontractors efficiently
  • Monitor and control costs, including labour, variations, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain high quality standards
  • Keep accurate site records and proactively anticipate and resolve on‑site challenges
  • Travel within the operating region and occasionally stay away as needed
Essentials / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management leadership roles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Good commercial awareness and budget control ability
  • Firm grasp of health & safety law and best practice
  • Relevant industry certifications preferred
