Ryft Pay Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate software project delivery within our fintech-focused product and engineering roadmap. You will work closely with engineering leads and other stakeholders to keep work flowing, manage dependencies, and ensure everyone understands the timeline and expectations.

This hands-on role involves scoping projects, tracking progress, and reporting status with clarity.

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience managing projects involving software teams.
• Comfortable working with developers day-to-day and picking up technical concepts without needing to be hands-on technically.
• Familiarity with common project and delivery tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Clear, direct communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated industry is a plus but not essential.
• Bias towards getting things done over process for its own sake.

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to work closely with our software teams, helping plan and deliver the projects that make up our product and engineering roadmap. You'll work with engineering leads and other stakeholders to keep projects moving, manage dependencies, and make sure everyone involved knows what's happening and when. You won't be writing code, but you'll need to be comfortable working alongside developers and understanding how software projects actually get built.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be scoping projects, tracking progress, chasing dependencies, and reporting status in a way both technical and non-technical stakeholders trust.

What You'll Do
