The Role - What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Manchester team.

Your Core Duties Will Include:
  • Supporting the project lead in managing design and construction phases of multi-site projects
  • Liaising with stakeholders including property services, designers, contractors, FM, and security consultants
  • Leading the coordination of customer fit-out designs within client guidelines
  • Delivering projects and professional assignments
  • Setting objectives and priorities proactively as part of a team
  • Maintaining effective communication for project success and liaising with managers on financial control
  • Assisting with commercial management services
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of work outputs
  • Supporting cost management of projects
  • Representing the company professionally, building strong client relationships
Skills and Attributes We Value:
  • Experience in technical delivery within the construction industry
  • Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, and commercially aware
  • A team player with a positive attitude, outgoing, respectful, and adaptable
  • BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying, or equivalent
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Experience with fit-out projects
  • Risk management qualifications or experience
