The Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience in project management. The Project Manager will be confident reporting directly to the C-suite and working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are consistently met
- Define project goals, scope, and success metrics in close collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining proactive communication
- Provide clear, consistent updates and documentation to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project
- Support the development of business cases, project roadmaps, and post-implementation reviews
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across project teams
- Encourage the adoption of structured delivery methods such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches where appropriate
More about you
Essential:
- 3+ years experience managing projects, ideally within the tech, retail, or e-commerce sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors
- A strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with executive leadership
- Solid understanding of project management frameworks and tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly
Desirable:
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum Master
