The Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience in project management. The Project Manager will be confident reporting directly to the C-suite and working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are consistently met
  • Define project goals, scope, and success metrics in close collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining proactive communication
  • Provide clear, consistent updates and documentation to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project
  • Support the development of business cases, project roadmaps, and post-implementation reviews
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across project teams
  • Encourage the adoption of structured delivery methods such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches where appropriate

Essential:

  • 3+ years experience managing projects, ideally within the tech, retail, or e-commerce sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors
  • A strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with executive leadership
  • Solid understanding of project management frameworks and tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly
Desirable:

  • Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum Master
