The location of the role is Salford Quays, Manchester (hybrid working - 2-3 days per week onsite).

The duration of the contract is 3 months.

The pay rate on offer is £500 - £600 per day.

The client is a multinational high-street retailer.

Key accountabilities of the role

• Identify and prioritise decommissioning target apps
• Identify stakeholders / engineering resources for each app
• Create plans for each decommissioning target (Intention is that each plan can be picked up and delivered from this plan)
• Create benefits case for each target app / plan
• Initiate / schedule / prioritise each decommissioning project with PMO
• Initial planning & scheduling work to be done, before running and reporting on projects

Key skills and experience

• Experienced project manager with technology background
• Experience working in large, matrix organisations
• Experience within service management area preferred
