Our client is a commercial fit out contractor operating across England. They work with very exclusive clients and are experiencing consistent growth.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Warrington, Manchester, and the North West of England

Responsibilities include overseeing various projects, primarily in fit out, M&E, and Civils. When not on-site, responsibilities also include surveying and pricing new works.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit out and M&E projects
• Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Office
• Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS
• DBS Check (can be completed later)
