A global specialty insurance services provider is seeking aProject Manager with specialty insurance experienceto lead and deliver key change, growth, and transformation initiatives across a diverse portfolio.
You will manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring clear scope, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive projects to successful delivery, managing scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Assess change impact, readiness, and key stakeholder needs.
- Act as central coordinator, communicating transparently with insurance stakeholders and external partners. (claims, underwriting, actuarial teams etc)
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and lead meetings/workshops with senior leaders.
- Monitor progress, report status, and ensure high-quality documentation aligned to governance standards.
- Comply with regulatory conduct rules, promoting integrity and fair treatment of customers.
Required Experience & Skills:- Proven track record managing complex business or transformational projects within specialty insurance markets.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management, with experience influencing decision-making at senior/executive levels.
- Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of business analysis and data security/privacy in insurance.
