Civil Engineering

Our client, a civil engineering contractor, is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team to work on projects throughout the North West. Project value ranges from £2m to £10m, working across civil engineering, earthworks, and remediation projects both as main contractor and sub-contractor.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full project management life cycle
2. Creation and management of budgets
3. All project costings
4. Programming works short and long term
5. Procurement
6. Labour & Plant
7. Management of subcontractors
8. Health & Safety
9. Quality
10. Site/Construction Management
11. Liaison with the client and stakeholders
12. Weekly update meetings with operations director

Project Manager Requirements:

1. Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)
2. Civil Engineering experience, experience with earthworks & demolition advantageous
3. Experienced project manager involved with programming, budgeting etc
4. Excellent communication, people, and team management skills
