Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Location: Manchester

About the Role:
We're looking for someone to join our client, an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy, who is looking to expand their natural resources team in the North West. We are looking for someone to join as a project manager with infrastructure, nuclear, or oil and gas experience.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

1. Writing designs and specifications.
2. Deliver clear, concise project reports.
3. Contract administration and project oversight.
4. Producing feasibility studies and condition surveys.
5. Take responsibility for tasks and act independently when required.

Role Requirements for the Project Manager:

1. Have experience in Infrastructure, Nuclear, or oil and gas sectors.
2. NEC Experience is preferred but not necessary.
3. Have already obtained chartership (RICS, APM).
4. Be prepared to travel to Derby 3 days a week for 6 weeks, then once a month after that.
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

What's on offer for the Project Manager?

1. A starting salary of between £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience.
2. 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
