Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Report progress to senior leadership and clients
• Maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (essential)
• Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, or commercial builds is advantageous
