The role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. About You:

• Construction-related qualification
• Experience managing residential, refurbishment, or conversion projects
• Familiarity with construction contracts (JCT, NEC) and cost management practices

• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
