Job Description

Culina Group have a new role for a seasoned Project Manager! Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering internal strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s central objectives. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining alignment with business priorities.

The Project Manager will act as a key liaison between the PMO and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and governance. The role demands a proactive approach to risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. The Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of PMO methodologies and standards.

The position requires a strong understanding of M&A & disposal processes (incl assets), documents and artefacts processes and procedures.

Key Duties
  • Project Planning – Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Stakeholder Management – Engage and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Budget Management – Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial compliance.
  • Risk & issue Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively before they turn to issues. Address and resolve any issues without delay
  • Governance & Reporting – Provide regular status updates and ensure adherence to PMO governance.
  • Change Management – Drive adoption of new processes and systems across impacted teams.
  • Quality Assurance – Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and business requirements.
  • Issue Resolution – Address and resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Continuous Improvement – Contribute to refining PMO processes and best practices.
  • Scope & Requirements Management – Define and control project scope, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and agreed.
