Project Manager - NPI

Salary Very Competitive + Bonus

Location: Dartford, Kent (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Looking to step into full project ownership and delivery leadership?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with project coordination or support experience in a technical environment, now ready to take ownership of New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches and improvement programmes in a highly respected international business.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and supporting NPI projects from planning through to delivery

Managing project timelines, risk logs, documentation, and stakeholder communications

Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Procurement and Operations

Reporting progress to senior stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional inputs

Supporting the development of internal PMO tools, templates, trackers and milestone planning

Occasionally representing the business at external meetings, trade events and customer workshops

About You:

We're open to a wide range of backgrounds, provided you bring project delivery insight and structure, such as:

A current or former Project Assistant, PMO Analyst, Engineering Coordinator or Junior Project Manager

Experience supporting product development, launch, engineering or regulatory projects

Familiarity with project planning tools, stakeholder updates, and structured project lifecycles

You'll need:

A structured thinker, good with people and deadlines

Strong communication, written documentation and organisational skills

Experience with formal delivery processes (Prince2, Agile, or similar) is helpful

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across cross-functional teams

This is an entry-to-mid-level delivery role, perfect for someone who wants to progress into full project management while working on meaningful tech that improves road safety globally.

Based in Dartford, Kent - hybrid working pattern with 3 days in office.
