Job Description

What will you be doing?

1. Project Management: Lead day-to-day project activities, design project structures, manage transitions, and ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Oversee procurement and contractual processes.
2. Governance: Support decision-making, monitor benefits realization, manage risks, and ensure effective change management.
3. Financial Management: Track budgets, develop business cases, and ensure financial controls.
4. Resource Management: Identify skill requirements, manage deployment, and motivate cross-functional teams.
5. Change and Requirements Management: Manage changes and define requirements with stakeholders.
6. Leadership: Promote team performance, communicate vision, and support delivery objectives.
7. Stakeholder Management: Build relationships, communicate project status, and manage expectations effectively.

Who are we looking for?

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in project delivery, on time and within budget.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of methodologies like PRINCE2, Agile.
• Leadership skills to motivate dispersed teams.
• Experience with project documentation, budgets, and procurement.
• Knowledge of requirements management and regulatory considerations in financial services.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with JIRA is a plus.
