About the role:

We are seeking a Laboratory Services - Project Manager at our Elstree office, with travel opportunities to London sites. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position (40 hours/week).

The successful candidate will develop project plans, manage resources and budgets, define project scope, and ensure timely and within-budget completion of project phases and targets:

1. Manage and delegate projects to team members.
2. Implement, monitor, manage, and report on projects.
3. Identify new project streams, review budgets, and assess profitability.
4. Meet budget objectives and adjust as needed.
5. Provide regular progress reports.
6. Maintain open communication with management and stakeholders.
7. Build relationships with trusts, estates, contractors, and external parties.
