Job Description:
SUMMARY:
Serves as the Project Manager leading the coordination of client deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle. This person collaborates with internal and external project teams to continually communicate service expectations, process changes, project status and any pertinent client business issues. Ultimately the Project Manager is accountable along with the project team for creating a satisfied customer through providing a consistent level of customer service that is aligned with Heidrick Consulting’s values and meets the objectives for each account on which they are assigned.
In addition to partnering with our clients, the Project Manager also partners with the project team to ensure implementation of strategic plan. They ensure that deadlines are met and the flawless execution of all deliverables is achieved.
Fixed-Term contract from September 2025 – November 2026
