A long-standing, well-established, medium-sized High-End Residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking for a hardworking Project Manager to join their team.

Super prime residential experience is essential. The successful Project manager will join a team specialising in bespoke residential luxury refurbishment projects throughout prime London.
My client has 2 years + pipeline of works and are offering a permanent, stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The successful Project Manager will be both based on site and in the office. The first project you will oversee is an Ultra High End / Prime refurbishment in the heart of West London with a contract value of around £3million. After completing the first project you will be then go on to eventually manage up to 3 projects simultaneously. Projects range from £1 – £8+ million and are usually High-End Residential renovations / Refurbishments and new builds throughout Prime Residential London.
