Job description

Overview

I am looking to speak to Project Managers for predominantly groundworks and some RC frame projects in London, Surrey and Hertfordshire. The first RC project requirement will be near Cambridge. My client is a growing specialist contractor and they are very busy— even in the current climate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groundworks/Civil Engineering/reinforced concrete packages on projects.
• Manage projects with a focus on commercial groundworks rather than residential.
• Coordinate projects across regional sites (London, Surrey, Hertfordshire; initial requirement near Cambridge).

Qualifications

• Project Managers can come from either a Civil Engineering degree or trades background.
• Key criteria: relevant experience and a successful track record of delivering groundworks, Civil Engineering, and reinforced concrete packages.

Remuneration
