Main duties of the job

Are you passionate about improving digital service in healthcare? We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead change initiatives that enhance client experiences and improve operational efficiency across MSI UK.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams from clinical sites to governance and IT to deliver innovative digital solutions that support over 70,000+ clients annually. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The objective of this role is to support the business on any initiative necessary to improve the client journey with MSI UK, on small pathway changes to larger projects alongside process improvements to enhance the client experience and overall business. At project go lives you may be expected on site to support during non-working hours, and ad-hoc team meeting travel mainly between London and Bristol.
