Job description

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated, methodical, and versatile Project Manager to join our BIMS professional services team and deliver successful project outcomes for our clients and the business. In this role, you’ll combine expertise in project management practices, deep familiarity with workflow tooling and automated reporting, and a strong customer-centric approach.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including client onboarding, enhancements for existing clients, and internal initiatives. You will ensure best practices and KPIs are adopted across the group to ensure a high-quality, consistent experience for all our clients.

You will have traditional and agile project management experience, able to impact and lead conversations throughout the delivery process, and create and improve delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of client projects (inception to installation), coordinating with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful, on-time delivery of BIMS solutions.
  • Build rapport and confidence with clients, lead conversations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; proactively identify and address business opportunities to drive revenue growth and faster revenue recognition.
  • Utilize performance metrics, data analysis, reporting dashboards, and capacity management tools to inform project actions, improve resource planning, and optimize billing and revenue recognition processes.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery and user training; drive process standardization and continuous improvement across initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and standardize efficient JIRA workflows and create comprehensive, automated reporting (using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and AI) to deliver strategic, actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Refine the delivery model, incorporating agile practices, ceremonies, and artifacts where required.
  • Adopt a proactive, ownership, and solution-driven approach, working independently and collaboratively to drive positive, measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide aggregated reporting on projects, including status, milestones, risks, issues, and financials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Financial Services, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise implementing workflow solutions and automation using platforms such as JIRA, Power BI, Salesforce, and AI technologies.
  • Experience in maintaining effective processes in capacity/resource management and data-driven reporting.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with a track record of building client trust and delivering referenceable business value.
  • Proactive mindset, continuously seeking to create positive impact and measurable differences across initiatives.
  • Ability to build consensus, solve complex problems, and mentor colleagues as needed.
