An excellent opportunity to join a client's teams and oversee a London Station refurbishment project worth up to £80m in value.

Location: London (Hybrid working: 3 days on-site, 2 days from home)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 basic + Travel + Package (Flexible for the right person and experience)

Role Description:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a key Rail client, leading the refurbishment of an iconic London railway station, focusing on architecture, retail units, and passenger footfall.

With passenger numbers projected to increase over the next 5 years, this project aims to handle the growth while maintaining high-quality passenger experience. The station will remain operational during the works, requiring a Project Manager with an architectural background and experience managing live site projects. Experience in developing programmes in high-volume public environments, stakeholder management, and supply chain coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Execution & Management: Manage the project team, ensure effective communication, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
  2. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure value for money.
  3. Schedule Management: Collaborate with the Planning team to keep schedules updated and ensure timely milestone achievement.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external parties; build strong relationships.
  6. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on progress, budgets, risks, and maintain accurate documentation.

Your background should be from a client or consultancy environment, embedded into a client's team, supported by an architectural background as the programme progresses from RIBA stage 2.

Required Experience:
  • Degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferably)
  • Experience working or seconded into a client-side organization
  • On-site project experience in a public/live environment
