My client, a prestigious project management and quantity surveying consultancy specialising in infrastructure and construction, are seeking Project Managers to oversee projects involving a Grade I listed building (heritage/higher education) with their broader portfolio including projects in higher education and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing contracts, handling complex projects with lots of moving parts, working well with different individuals in the design team, and have the ability to collaborate between two architectural teams, along with the ambition to progress into a more senior role.

Candidate Requirements

  • Hold or be pursuing a Project Management Qualification from APM, RICS, or similar institutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in adopting and managing best practice Project Management methodologies.
  • Possess knowledge of pre-and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and oversee projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
