About the Role

We’re looking for a PM with Anaplan implementation experience to lead the end-to-end deployment and ongoing ownership of this critical enterprise planning platform.

In this pivotal role, you’ll take full accountability for managing the rollout and lifecycle of Anaplan across the business, ensuring it delivers value, supports strategic planning, and integrates seamlessly into the wider tech ecosystem.

This is a high-visibility position with a direct impact on operational efficiency, business forecasting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Anaplan, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-deployment support.
  • Own the Anaplan platform: drive adoption, maintain data integrity, and oversee system governance and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and external partners to align Anaplan with business needs and processes.
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and driving alignment.
  • Deliver projects to time, scope, and budget using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Champion continuous improvement of planning capabilities across the organisation.

Key Experience

  • Proven experience managing enterprise system implementations, specifically Anaplan.
  • Strong background in project or program management (PMO certifications a plus – e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Confident working with cross-functional teams including finance, technology, and operations.
  • Experience working with external vendors or consultancies to deliver system projects.
  • A strategic thinker who also thrives on detail and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
