PROJECT MANAGER

£50,000 - £55,000 + PACKAGE

Capstone are working with a Project Management and Design Management consultancy who are committed to rationalising complexity and implementing a state-of-the-art approach to their projects. We are searching for a Project Manager to work within the Life Sciences, commercial and residential sectors, from pre-feasibility to successful completion. Our client takes a dynamic approach to Project Management, ensuring close control, monitoring, and proactive risk management.

As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing projects from inception to completion on high value, exciting projects. You will work closely with our clients and their teams, understanding their business case and brief, and tailoring the execution of the project to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise dynamic Project Management techniques to maintain close control, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored project strategies.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting clear communication and effective coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in Project Management within the built environment sector.
• Ideally experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
