Who you are:

Project Managers are responsible for onboarding new customers implementations from start-to-finish. You will be the project manager as well as the trusted consultant to hospitality industry customers.

Our Project Managers are responsible for ensuring that key relationships with our clients are developed and maintained; managing from project inception to ‘go live’. They gather customer requirements by liaising with business teams to produce the right specifications, before configuring our product to meet the needs of our clients and managing the full development cycle and subsequent implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as much as creative thinking
  • Clearly communicate the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions
  • Manage the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status and identify risks to management
  • Manage customer and internal resources to drive toward project milestones and overall project execution
  • Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills (both in-person & virtual), as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation
  • Experience rolling out enterprise-level transformative software implementations
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment; experience working in an international environment desired
  • Ability to properly scope requirements, identify tasks and determine the level of effort
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical decisions and their rationales to business unit stakeholders and development teams
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and self-managing and able to work independently
  • Manage multiple projects, backlog, and timeline
  • Willingness to travel 10%
  • Experience with Workforce Management, Payroll or HRIS systems strongly preferred
  • 5+ years in a client-facing software implementation project management capacity at a SaaS Software company or consulting firm
  • An ambitious, and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow with a company
