If you share our values and want to be a part of a successful, dynamic, and creative global business then we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

Clarion is entering an exciting phase of transformation, embracing a data and technology-led approach to enhance customer outcomes across the group. To help drive this change, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract. This pivotal role will lead the successful delivery of key initiatives, ensuring projects are strategically aligned, effectively executed, and deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate will bring proven project management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects using a hybrid project management approach, combining traditional and Agile methodologies as appropriate to the project's needs.
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Clarion's strategic priorities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, ensuring timely delivery within agreed budgets and resource constraints.
  • Embed Agile ways of working where appropriate - facilitating ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to promote transparency, collaboration, and iterative delivery.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and open communication.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders across business units, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure shared understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain robust project documentation, including roadmaps, sprint plans, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery and value realisation.
  • Champion user-centered design and iterative delivery, ensuring that solutions are tested, refined, and adopted effectively.
  • Support change management and communication planning to drive engagement and successful implementation of project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices, sharing lessons learned and promoting agile and hybrid delivery maturity across the organisation.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

Essential

  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects using hybrid delivery methodologies (combining Agile and traditional approaches).
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with the ability to adapt them to fit project and organisational context.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including third-party suppliers and internal departments.
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent.
  • A practical understanding of change management principles to support smooth adoption and embedding of project outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering business value.

Desirable

  • Professional certification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) and/or Agile (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, AgilePM).
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, customer experience, or data-led initiatives in the domain of event management and/or sales using applications like Salesforce.
