Project Manager Fire Safety
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: GBP50-55k

We re working in partnership with a leading fire safety contractor who are renowned for delivering high-quality passive fire protection services across the social housing sector. Due to continued growth and project demand, they re looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role:
As Project Manager, you ll take ownership of fire safety works (including fire stopping, compartmentation, and fire door installations/replacements) across occupied social housing schemes. You ll be the key link between clients, site teams, and subcontractors ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What We re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing fire safety projects
  • Strong understanding of social housing compliance and working in occupied properties
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of passive fire protection (FIRAS accreditation a bonus)
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
