Project Manager - High-End Residential | Cut & Carve Basement

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-spec residential refurbishment project in Holland Park. This is a technically complex cut and carve basement project, requiring a strong leader with an eye for detail and experience in delivering challenging high-end schemes in central London.

The Role:
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the entire delivery of the project from enabling works through to final handover. The scope includes structural alterations and a new basement construction.

You will:

  • Lead the project team and drive programme delivery
  • Liaise closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the client team
  • Ensure health & safety, quality, and commercial targets are met
  • Manage procurement and sequencing for key trades
  • Provide accurate progress reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain an uncompromising focus on craftsmanship and detail

About You:

  • Proven experience managing similar high-end residential projects in London
  • Strong background in basement construction and structural refurbishment (cut & carve)
  • Ability to coordinate complex packages in a logistically constrained environment
  • Excellent leadership, client-facing, and communication skills
  • Commercially astute with strong programme management abilities
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
