Job Title: Project Manager

To take ownership of Customer facing projects within the company and to deliver those projects within a controlled environment whilst meeting mutual customer and Exponential-e pre-defined objectives using recognised processes and methodologies.

Key responsibilities for this job:
  1. Keeping all Stakeholders up to date with all developments on the Projects using various recognised Project Documents.
  2. Coordinating all Project Teams to realise set deadlines and milestones.
  3. Ensuring the Project is at all times on track to fall within agreed tolerances. Notification to the Project Board of any forecasted delivery outside of these parameters and corrective measures to be applied.
  4. Coordinating and chairing all Project Meetings.
  5. Attending Project Bid and scoping meetings.
  6. Presenting Exponential-e Project Management Approach to customers, providers, and colleagues.
  7. Coordinating any required customer training.
  8. Completing proposals, at times within short notice.
  9. Responsibility for internal systems being correctly updated to capture and label product and service implementations.
  10. Updating internal Project Documents.
  11. Managing escalations with all necessary parties and conveying progress to the customer as necessary.
  12. Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned by your Manager or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff.
Knowledge and experience required:
  • Experience working within a service provider environment delivering Networking/WAN/LAN/Voice/Cloud-based solutions to customers.
  • A methodical and structured approach with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Responsible and willing to take ownership of essential tasks.
  • Well organised and self-motivated team player.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work within a pressurised and results-driven environment.
  • Ability to “think outside of the box” as necessary.
  • Working knowledge of Project document suites including Microsoft Project.
Desirable Knowledge and experience:
  • Preferably demonstrate some experience working within product management teams.
  • Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
