High-level Project Manager opportunity required for office/hybrid opportunity in south west London for High-End Residential Renovations (£1.5M-£2M).

£70,000-£100,000 package starting ASAP. Contractors on outside IR35 day rates can also be considered who can start immediately. I am recruiting for 2 openings for my client.

You will be managing 2-3 prime projects for full house refurbishments, ensuring project milestones are met within scope and budget. This includes negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to reduce project costs.

You will have more than 10 years of experience in construction and previous experience as a project manager. You should be able to conduct client meetings and manage subcontractors, architects, interior designers, etc.

The client is looking for a candidate with experience in the London market.

The role can be positioned as a Project Manager or Contract Manager.
